The rumor is that the July big batch of children was added on Friday. Assuming this is true (which I think it is), we once again did not receive a referral off of this list.

Remember that kids appear all the time---especially ones that an agency "froze" but didn't make the 48 hour rule. Also, rumor has it that these kids tend to have multiple needs or are older. Maybe your little one is on the next designated list???
I can't begin to understand or feel your frustration but just know your baby IS out there. I know it. I look forward to the day when you announce your referral. I know it will be soon.
What is your schedule like next week??? I'll try and email you this weekend---
